Greenmount & Chase is a new affordable family rental community located in the Johnston Square neighborhood of Baltimore, Maryland. The community is comprised of 60 rentals across two buildings and contains a mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments, as well as a host of resident amenities in common areas. In partnership with ReBuild Metro and the Housing Authority of Baltimore, the community offers low-to-moderate income households high-quality, affordable rental homes.

The apartments feature modern kitchens with energy efficient appliance packages, breakfast bar or island layouts, central air, large closets, plank flooring, and more; in a variety of spacious floorplans. Additional amenities include laundry facilities, a resident lounge, playground, fitness center, and management offices. A supportive service office will also run a variety of lifestyle, finance and wellness programs for the residents.
